Follow these simple steps carefully:
Step 1: Make Space
Use a file manager like ZArchiver (recommended) to manage your files.
Step 2: Install APK
Download the APK file from the link above.
Do NOT open the game yet after installing.
Step 3: Extract and Move OBB
Download the OBB zip file.
Extract it using ZArchiver or any file extractor app.
Move the extracted folder to:
Android > obb > com.ea.game.fifa15_row
Step 4: Extract and Move DATA
Download the DATA zip file.
Extract it using ZArchiver.
Move the extracted folder to:
Android > data > com.ea.game.fifa15_row
How to Install Commentary File (Optional but Recommended)

Download the Commentary zip file.
Extract it.
Move the extracted folder to:
